photos and food by Kaleb Nimz and Marilyn Nimz
This weekend we were able to prepare this brunch including some of our favorite foods. Pictured above includes: homemade banana bread, sourdough toast topped with eggs over-medium, cheese, and apricot preserves, spinach salad with fresh berries, soy vegan chorizo (utilizing the Soy-Rizo pictured), roasted red pepper mayonnaise on eggs and toast, fresh hand-squeezed orange juice, and of course coffee.
The banana bread looks great. You should post a recipe!

Thank you! And thank YOU for stopping by! :)
DeleteYum! Dang, that all looks so good. I hardly ever make brunch. We usually go out :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes we go out for brunch as well, but it's nice to stay in as well and save some money. :)
DeleteThat looks SO good. I could go for a healthy, homemade breakfast. Especially fresh squeezed orange juice since the orange juice at my school is icky.

The orange juice was a tedious process, but turned out so wonderful. An alternative would be to use a juicer to juice your own orange juice!
