Sunday Brunch with the Nimz's

photos and food by Kaleb Nimz and Marilyn Nimz
This weekend we were able to prepare this brunch including some of our favorite foods. Pictured above includes: homemade banana bread, sourdough toast topped with eggs over-medium, cheese, and apricot preserves, spinach salad with fresh berries, soy vegan chorizo (utilizing the Soy-Rizo pictured), roasted red pepper mayonnaise on eggs and toast, fresh hand-squeezed orange juice, and of course coffee.

  5. That looks SO good. I could go for a healthy, homemade breakfast. Especially fresh squeezed orange juice since the orange juice at my school is icky.

    1. The orange juice was a tedious process, but turned out so wonderful. An alternative would be to use a juicer to juice your own orange juice!
