Teal Hot Pants by Marilyn

 I recently purchased these very bright teal pants and wasn't sure I would be able to wear them with anything, so I considered returning them. But then I began browsing through my wardrobe and noticed that I already own about 10 other things in almost this same shade of teal! I threw a few pieces together for this outfit and am loving the pairing of brilliant and bright colors with neutrals like black and brown.  I am also thinking about the fall season just around the corner and trying to squeeze what I can out of wearing fun summer clothes. I look forward to fall, but I do really enjoy wearing effortless sandals and tank tops. What are some of your favorite brights to wear?

    Cute. I love bright colors, but wouldn't be so brave as to wear bright pants because I feel like it draws attention to my already big butt! :)

    Lovely outfit. <3 I always try to pull of brightly colored pants, but I just don't know what to wear them with. I love how you paired it so nicely with that beautiful necklace too! :)

    Those pants are adorable on you!

    I have fall coloring, so I don't tend to gravitate towards bright hues. When I do, however, the bright color is usually in some sort of pattern, & I love drawing the neutrals in the patterns out through my accessories, & letting the bright color play more of the background.

    The black really makes the teal pop! I tend to wear my brightest colors on my nails, since I feel like I can get away with it all year-round.
