With spring on the horizon and summer just around the corner I have been dreaming of clear skies, hot Oklahoma summer days, and tropical fruit smoothies. So here is a recipe that I have put together to quench my thirst until summer gets here.
Ingredients
1/2 of a Pineapple
2 Mangos
3 Oranges
3/4 c. Coconut Milk
3 tbsp. of Honey
Directions
Chop and place everything into a blender, juicer, or food processor and blend for 30 seconds to a minute or until desired consistency. Garnish with coconut flakes and a strawberry. (I placed the honey in between layers of fruit so it would not stick to the inside of our VitaMix).
