Gray Jumper Dress by Marilyn

This weekend we were able to go out and explore this lovely spring weather! I found it to be a great occasion to put on a fun and comfortable dress.
Dresses are probably my favorite item of clothing to wear, and even more so when the weather is nice. For the female it is like wearing shorts, but more elegant and sometimes more convenient.
I found this amazing striped jumper dress and bought it immediately knowing it would be one of my 'go-to' outfits this summer.
I love this dress because the material is a soft knit. When I put it on, it's like I'm wearing a giant t-shirt.
Now just throw a cardigan and some matching accessories with it, and you have a sort of dressed-up/casual outfit that is perfect for a walk in the park!

As a couple, taking walks in the park is one of our favorite things to do together. We both agree it is a great stress-reliever and great way for us to communicate with little distraction. (Obviously when we are home, Evie soaks up all the attention! Just kidding. We usually take her for walks with us as well). Nature takes us back to our dating days. Clovers were one of our symbols to each other for luck and hope. When Kaleb and I first began dating, he was living in Ireland. Since clovers are so green and a sort of symbol for luck, we would mail these to each other while we were separated by the sea. We encourage you guys to go out in nature this spring and enjoy the relief from your stresses. Find your symbol that can be your reminder of good memories from the past as well as hope that can be found in the future.

  13. Love it! I wear dresses and leggings almost every day to teach in. It's basically like wearing a long t-shirt over sweatpants. Except you look all fancy. :)
