With summer still in full force here in Oklahoma, we have been loving our tropical fruits...including pineapple and peaches. Most of our smoothies this summer have included a few of these delicious fruits while they are in season because they are just so delicious! We have also been on a pomegranate kick recently and were inspired to throw some seeds into our tropical smoothie recently with this recipe. For tips on how to deseed a pomegranate, be sure to check out our last recipe post. The seeds add a wonderful bursts of flavor and some nice color to this smoothie. Give this one a try for a nice refresher on a hot day!
Ingredients
1/2 Pineapple
3 Peaches
3 Bananas
1 can Coconut milk
1/4 c. Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
Step 1: Cut and place the bananas, peaches, and pineapple into the Vitamix. Pour the coconut milk over the top and blend throughly.
Step 2: Pour smoothie into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple, pomegranate seeds, and coconut shavings.

That looks delicious! I think the pomegranate seeds will make it feel like you are drinking bubble tea.
