Little Freshie // Kansas City, MO by Marilyn

On our trip to Kansas City, Missouri, you know that of course we needed to hit up a fun sweets shop. Our family recommended this wonderful little soda fountain and espresso shop called Little Freshie. Since the temperatures were pretty hot while we were there, we decided to go in for a few snow cones. Their snow cones are ALL NATURAL! When we heard this, we knew all of our dreams had come true. One of our favorite treats in the world is a delicious snow cone on a hot day. The only bad thing about most snow cones is that most are made with corn syrup or other complicated ingredients, which is the only reason why we don't have them more often. If we lived in Kansas City, we would probably be visiting this place every day for a snow cone. We will definitely be back to visit and try new flavors. If you are in the area, we highly recommend checking this place out!
On the left is a photo of the original ceilings. This is just another awesome characteristic about this amazing little shop. These are my two adorable little cousins Maddie and Marley. They truly made the experience more enjoyable!
On the side wall, they have an old shelf organizer displaying Oddly Correct Coffee and Hammerpress cards.

  3. I used to live in the KC area while I was in college (now I'm only a few hours away). It's amazing how much can change in a few years/ what has been under your nose for so long and you never noticed. Your updates are making me want to take a road trip!!
