Cooking Basics: Eating Well by Kaleb

Recently we signed up for a cooking class through Marilyn's work called Cooking Basics, and I think that I was more excited about it than she was. There was around 12-15 people taking the class, and we were asked to break off into pairs. Each pair was going to prepare,  cook and share two dishes, then at the end of the night we had a buffet style dinner where we could sample everyones dishes.

Marilyn made Linguine with Easy Meat Sauce, and I made Lemon and Herb Roast Chicken.

This last picture on the left is a plate with a sample of everyone's dishes. Mmmm...the best way to eat food...all mixed together.  All of the dishes were amazing, but I think ours tasted the best...I may be a little biased.
