Kiwi Berry Smoothie by Kaleb

Happy Monday everyone! We thought we would get the week off to a healthy start and share this yummy smoothie recipe with you all. We love creating these recipes with berries. Adding berries into your diet is a great way to detox from the weekend and start your system out fresh for the new week. Some of you may be allergic to kiwi. If so, we recommend substituting the kiwi for 2 ripe bananas. Bananas add a great creamy flavor and texture giving you that wonderful smoothie taste. They also add extra potassium your body may be craving.

Ingredients:
4 C. Fresh Strawberries
2 Large Mangos
3 Kiwis
4 Large Oranges
A few splashes of Coconut Water

Mix all of your ingredients together in a Vitamix, food processor, or juicer. We usually place the heavier fruits on the bottom so they get the extra mixing that they will need. Add coconut water as needed for thickness. Mix until smooth and enjoy!
